Women are amazing. As author Erick S. Gray said, “Whatever you give a woman, she will make greater. If you give her a house, she'll give you a home. If you give her groceries, she'll give you a meal. If you give her a smile, she'll give you her heart. She multiplies and enlarges what is given to her...” And if one woman can do all that, imaging what a community of women can do!

So that's what this is - a community of women. Specifically, it's a community of women who might otherwise find themselves in the minority as a member of the IT community. We are here to collaborate, innovate, and motivate. We are here to share insights, offer support, and lift one another up. We are here to connect and encourage. While web searches and textbook-style reviews are a great place to find answers to many specific IT problems, they will never provide the knowledge and insights gleaned through shared experiences, peer collaboration, and squad support.
